The birth of a new baby is a time of great joy and delight. Happy family members are always anxious to let the world know about their precious new arrival. To that end, The Birthplace at The Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic has designed a beautiful tribute wall.

With a donation of $100 to The Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic your baby's footprint, name and birth date are permanently mounted on a tile of the tribute wall. Each donor also receives a beautifully crafted 4" x 4" 'foot plate' and a brass easel for display at home or work. Plate are bisque Corian squares and the etching can be filled in pink or blue.

Additional plates for other family members are available for $25 each.

You may commemorate anyone born at The Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic whether they were born ten days or ten years ago. Simply furnish a copy of the footprints with your information form. If you have any questions, please The Development Office at 570-621-5141.
